You will be thrilled by our guided tastings: Try low fat cheeses, fine blue mould cheeses or get to know various kinds of Parmesan. Our own proven sommelière Claudia Meister will take you on a charming cheese hike in order to show you the variety of South Tyrolean farm cheeses, and we will serve you 50 different types of cheese every evening, for only a small service charge.
