Start your vacation day in South Tyrol with a small breakfast at the swimming pool, and relax after an early swim with a delicious cup of coffee or early morning tea, accompanied by a nice apple and the latest newspapers.

Relax and unwind and take your time at Meisters Hotel Irma. Start the day with a late, substantial breakfast, available every day from 7:30 to 11:00. Thanks to the mild climate you can even have breakfast on the terrace outside on as many as 195 days of the year, whilst enjoying the stunning views of the countryside with its fruit gardens, summits and forests.

Enjoy healthy lunchtime snacks and choose from two lovely soups, light salads, starters, organically-produced bread and home-made apple porridge. If you are still hungry, take your pick from the à-la-carte menu which includes great pasta and meat dishes. You will find plenty you like and gain enough energy for a day’s hiking in South Tyrol.

We constantly try to surprise you with delicious courtesy snacks such as lovely sorbet in the afternoon or home-made chocolates in the evenings.

One of the most popular parts of our culinary program are the afternoon cakes, a great opportunity to get to know other people as well – choose from a variety of local delights such as home-made cakes, freshly-prepared strudel etc, accompanied by a nice cup of cappuccino or tea.

If you suffer from Celiac disease or are allergic to lactose, that is no problem at all for us! Our kitchen staff will gladly adapt their food in order to make your stay as carefree as possible.

If you wish to look after your weight and enjoy food in a responsible manner, that is no problem at all at Meisters Hotel Irma. All dinner dishes are also available as small or medium portions.

Enjoy a carefree, elegant atmosphere with stupendous panoramic views highlighted by the evening sun. On more than 100 days per year you can eat on the terrace outdoors and have romantic candlelight or torchlight dinners set against the backdrop of the blossoming park. If you are into cheese, you will be delighted by the range of specialties from the region waiting to be discovered by you in the area of Merano/Merano at Hotel Irma. Try mountain cheese, grey cheese, wine cheese and many other variants. Our cheese buffet after dinner presents a total of 50-60 different cheeses from all the world – every day at Meisters Hotel Irma is a real experience for your taste buds!

Our kitchen staff use fresh, certified local products of only the highest quality to prepare their gourmet dishes. Each dinner will perfectly round off a great day’s holiday in South Tyrol!
You can choose from a total of 25 varied dishes. There is also a rich Vegetarian offer and many international dishes such as Italian antipasti, as well as excellent salad buffets and delicious desserts!
