Insights into Irma's kitchen. Our chef Martin von Dellemann will be very pleased to introduce you to the secrets of Irma's kitchen. Look over the shoulders of our chefs and create together part of your 6-course evening menu. You will start together at 11.30 am with a light snack, and focus on learning, cutting, cooking and tasting from 12 to 4 pm. From 6.30 pm onwards an aperitif awaits you with our kitchen team before enjoying your 6-course dinner at the restaurant. As a treat, enjoy your specially created dish.
